Who we are

What we collect and why

This site has no sign-up, no contact form, no analytics and no advertising cookies. We process personal data only in two cases.

When you write to us by e-mail, we use your name, e-mail address and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps before a contract you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep this correspondence for up to 2 years after the last exchange, unless the law requires longer.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep it secure, and keeps it in server logs for a short period. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives it

Our e-mail provider (Google Workspace) and our hosting provider, acting on our behalf. Where they process data outside the EU/EEA, this is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own EU country.

The LeoVista Works application

The application itself, once available, has its own privacy notice that covers the data processed inside it.
