Built in Europe, ready for the world
One platform for every country, and in each country it works by that country's own laws: invoicing, tax, data protection and licences follow the local rules, checked against official sources. Data protection by design under the GDPR comes as standard.
Who is behind it
Hi, I'm János-Botond Iszlai, a 26-year-old Hungarian living in Romania, and I founded Leovista Creations.
I first started the company to run a site for custom clothing and accessory designs. It didn't work out: I didn't get a single customer. Maybe it was the lack of advertising, maybe my designs just weren't convincing enough. I closed that site, and for a long time I didn't know what to do with the company.
In the meantime I taught myself programming at home, next to my job, because I wanted to understand how things work in the digital world. The idea for LeoVista Works came after that, when my older brother told me that running his company took up too much of his time. Listening to his problems, I thought a program could solve most of them. That became Sztok Manager, built only for his company: it handled the workers' pay, the details of each job, who worked where, when and with whom, photos of the work, location records for call-outs, and more.
That project showed me how much time and money business owners lose because these processes aren't handled properly or automated, or because they juggle several apps to manage them. And here in Romania, school teaches us almost nothing about our rights, the law, or how to run a company: what we have to do, what we may do and what we may not. Everyone learns it the hard way.
So I thought Sztok Manager could become much more: software that helps business owners with their everyday work, from bookkeeping and staying on the right side of the law to analysis, advertising, collecting reviews and a lot more. It also gives workers transparency, structure and security. It starts with service businesses, but the foundations for shops, factories and other kinds of companies are already in place, and I hope it can be a real help for people starting their own business.
My goal is to help the people who still truly want to change the world. That is why LeoVista Works is meant to be an international platform that brings everything together: in every country it follows that country's own laws, so it can really help the business owners who work there.
